McDonald's "Happy Meals" may be the ubiquitous American bribe parents use to coax good behavior from their children, but every so often the Happy Meal coincides with an even better suprise:  "Play Place"- the brightly colored plastic tubes, ball-crawls and netting-filled gymnasiums design to occupy the little ones, while parents finish up their Big Macs. This particular McDonald's is home to an enormous, two story tall Play Place, with a full wall of windows overlooking Loch Raven Boulevard. It's even a little awe-inspiring for the post-gradeschool set.

If the child-filled indoor dining area is a little more action-packed than you like your cheeseburger experience to be, this location also offers several clean, umbrella covered, red iron picnic tables on the other side of the Play Place windows so visitors can watch the action, under the shade of trees, without all the clammer.
