The main attraction of Sergio's Place, other than the live music, relaxed atmosphere and cultural decorations, is that all its food is natural and homemade. The restaurant uses no chemicals, only soybean and canola oil, no canned goods, only fresh produce and vegetables are used. Sergio's Place was born in 1998, as an El Salvadorian tortilla factory and did not blossom into a restaurant until 2000. Now, Sergio's still makes its own tortillas, but has expanded to other authentic El Salvadorian foods. The restaurant is busiest on weekends.
