The Velveteen Habit is a wine-centric restaurant showcasing traditional techniques in a modernly redesigned farmhouse. With a focus on the daily harvest from our one acre of Kitchen Garden in our back yard, the restaurant’s menu changes often with a heavy emphasis on traditional preparation, such as: whole on-site butchering, pickling, curing, fermenting and smoking. Our ingredients are carefully selected by visiting, learning and building relationships with our partner farms and purveyors. As such, the restaurant only sources products we believe are responsibly harvested and thoughtfully raised.
