The Dockside Inn was built in the 1930s as a maritime machine shop. In the 1980s it was converted into a restaurant, and its second floor was added, with 6 rooms. Today, the Inn is proudly owned and operated by Glen (Mick) and Joyce Mickowski. We offer guests a spacious rooms with en-suite accommodations, each separate and private entry room has a view of the harbor and Acadia National Park. Situated at the Manset Public Dock in Southwest Harbor Maine, we offer an eclectic menu focused on the bounty of our local fishermen & women. We offer fresh caught seafood, shellfish and prime cuts of beef paired with a varied wine selection. We also provide catering, delivery, banquet facilities and grab and go items all in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Cruisers are welcome and arrangements can be made for local trips, as we monitor Channel 16. Come and sample one or more of our 17 micro-brew craft draft beers and relax against the backdrop views of the harbor and Acadia National Park.
