We cook food grown on Vinalhaven and North Haven farms, or caught in the waters around here. Several of our producers deliver right to our kitchen door. Our suppliers work hard and care a lot about how they grow produce, how and where they raise animals, and how and where they harvest fish, lobster, and shellstock. We value that, so we try to make our dishes as good as the fresh products they bring to us. We do source from mainland farms, as well - mostly from places located within a 20 mile or so radius, although we serve amazing local and French cheeses, too.We cook from scratch - making patés, curing fish, baking breads, pastries, and crackers, and making ice creams and desserts. We love to cook and eat, and we serve what we hope you'll enjoy.
