Sava's Restaurant, originally Sava's State Street Cafe, opened June of '07 at a small location across from our current space. We started small, every year adding, changing, and working with our customers to achieve an atmosphere and menu that we were proud of. The quaint cafe was merely a jumping off point for the elaborate expansion that later followed. In August of '09 we opened Sava's Restaurant in the beautiful location we're in today, making a name for ourselves based on great service, a young, welcoming atmosphere, & delicious dishes.We cater to a wide range of clientele, including students, professors, townies, out-of-towners – we open our doors to everyone.
