The motto at Roadies is "You buy, we fry!", and the menu posted on the wall is as simple as that. Under the "Chicken" side of the board, you can choose any part of the chicken (whole, drum, breast, wing, etc.) and get it fried crispy. The "Fish" section lists a good variety (grouper, black sea bass, salmon, flounder, etc.) all ready for the deep fryer. Side orders of coleslaw and fries can be added to your meal.
