Makuch's Red Rooster is now in it's second generation with brothers, Archie and Ken Makuch still at the helm at the restaurant that they cut their teeth on in their early teens. The restaurant is one of the last if not the last tablecloth restaurants in Genesee County area. It is the only restaurant that offers cooking at the table which includes such items as Caeser Salad, French Pepper Steak, Steak Dianne, Cherries Jubilee, Bananas Jamaica plus others. The regular menu changes monthly and includes such items as Filets, New York Strips, Alaskan King Crab, Rare Ahi Tuna, Saute' Shrimp and many others. There are also nightly specials that tantalize the pallet. The restaurant has a full bar and one of the most extensive wine lists in the area. Makuch's Red Rooster is open for lunch Monday thru Friday with daily specials plus the normal fare of soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees. The restaurant is open for dinner Monday thru Saturday starting at 5:00 pm. and closed Sunday and Holidays.
