Shap’s Restaurant has been family owned and operated since 1985. Owners Nick and Anastasia are third generation restaurateurs and have five other food establishments in the Genesee County area which are family owned. Grandfather John Todorovsky was one of the original Flint Coney Islanders, operating the Central Luncheon. Then Dad Kosta, (David) Todorovsky operating the Ritz Drive In, Ritz Lounge & Steak House, Atlas Coney Island and Backyard BBQ. Over 75 years of expertise and knowledge in the restaurant business has provided our customers with great service and quality food in a warm family atmosphere.
