The Valenti's have transformed the former Silver Bar into the new restaurant. Interior and exterior renovations were needed to complete the process. The Silver Lane Bowling Alley was transformed into a game room, pool hall and virtual golf range. Everything in here is new. The only thing we kept is a beautiful soffit on the ceiling, said Steve Valenti, We filled 22 dumpsters during the renovation! On the Middlebelt road side of the building, windows have opened up the business. Along with the new bar, there are tall chairs and tables with plenty of televisions - 17 - large plasma TV's, 14 - 27 inch TV's and a 120 inch X-Large Screen TV to keep up with sporting events. Supporting even the biggest sports fan, Albert's has Comcast and Direct TV along with the NFL Sunday Ticket for all day football. We have televisions over the urinals, plasma televisions imbedded into the walls - so our customers won't miss any sporting events, said Steve Valenti. We're still thinking about what to put in the ladies room. Food is an important part of Albert's on the Alley which has a full menu of appetizers, subs, burgers, sandwiches, steaks, seafood, pizza, some Mexican dishes, pasta and an award winning Chili.
