The Weal Inn has been a fixture of the Highland community for more than 15 years, though the building itself has been around far longer. The Weal's owner has turned this small bar into a local staple by offering a variety of beer and food specials; the most notable special is the $4 burger with a plate of fries on Tuesdays. Aside from burgers, the Weal also has a wide selection of beers, like Dirty Blonde and Shocktop, both of which are customer favorites, It also offers the occasional Michigan craft beer. The Weal frequently shows sporting events and has karaoke Wednesdays through Saturdays.
