Owner Mary Nau has been in the pizzeria business since she was only 16 years old; beginning with deliveries and working her way up to restaurant management. For almost 10 years she worked as a manager before starting her own restaurant. Since opening, Mary's Pizzaria has added specialty pizzas and additional lunch items to its menu.
