The Moose Drop Inn serves pizzas, salads, soup and subs, all made fresh daily with fresh ingredients. A limited breakfast menu is available on the weekends. The Moose Drop Inn is the only restaurant in the UP serving made from scratch sour dough pizza crust along side traditional pizza crust. We are known for our signature pizzas which include; Chicken Pesto, Chicken Carbonara, and Taco. For desert, try one of our fresh made from scratch treats, such as our signature Triple Chocolate Cheesecake. Specially made for the summer season, from Memorial Day through Labor Day, enjoy soft serve ice cream treats made fresh daily and featuring Dole Pineapple soft serve.Keeping true to the area, the restaurant’s name derives from the historic moose lifts by the Michigan DNR in 1985 and 1987 The DNR reintroduced moose to the UP relocating them from Canada and dropping them in Michigamme Township just north of the location of the Moose Drop Inn.
