The idea that Fresco was built on was simple; great pizza with fresh ingredients. While spending time in Europe owner David Dedvukaj found himself indulging in Neapolitan style pizza that seemed to appear instantly before him; the secret was the wood burning oven the pizza was cooked in. Because of the ovens high temperatures, a pizza was cooked in 90 seconds with nothing but the fire created from all natural wood. The result was a crisp pizza with bubbling hot cheese and an aroma to make your stomach scream for more. Returning to Detroit David vowed to bring home what he experienced; and thus Fresco was created.
