Located just inside the front doors of Lifetime Fitness, the Life Café offers healthy, nutritous foods and a wide assortment of smoothies and prepackaged health foods. Geared toward providing the best nutrition possible for Lifetime Fitness members, the café menu is full of healthy choices for adults and children. Kids eat for $3 in the café and many items can be made organic or vegetarian.

Patrons of the Life Café do not need to have a membership to Lifetme Fitness in order to access the café, which makes it a very healthy and affordable alternative to fast food for the whole family.
