Lipumas has been a Rochester treasure since 1970. The first thing you'll notice is that this is not your typical Coney stand. Not only is the food outstanding but Tony Lipumas makes the atmosphere fun and upbeat. With a covered outside deck right on the Clinton River, the scenery's equal to the food. Tony took over the business from his father who used to have eight stores. Now there is only this one left but customers line up around the block to come in.
