Brenda's Deli II is located inside an office complex at 850 Stephenson Highway in Troy. Although primarily catering to office workers, the general public is welcome.

Brenda's is run by the owners, Brenda Bashi, and her mother, Sue Bashi. You can often see them making sandwiches and serving customers, offering highly personalized service. Meat is weighed before placing it on a sandwich,  to ensure the correct amount. Sandwiches are made to order, and a different hot special is available daily.

Examples of daily specials include fattoush with hummous, sloppy Joe, nachos supreme, gyros, mostacholi and lasagna. Lawash sandwiches are available.

Breakfast is served until 11:00 am, and includes breakfast sandwiches, bagel sandwiches, bagels, yogurt and cereal.

Brenda's also sells potato chips, pretzels and other pre-packaged snacks in a small convenience-store area. Coffee, tea, cappucino and bottled pop and fountain drinks are available. Brenda's also offers party trays, box lunches, catering and delivery.
