Emerald Food Services is a provider of hot meals that serves retirement communities and schools throughout Southeast Michigan. Founded in 1987, Emerald is based on the Meals on Wheels concept. Meals are specially prepared to be dropped off at assisted living and senior facilities, adult day care facilities, banquet facilities and private schools in cities like Troy, Southfield, Oak Park, Royal Oak Township and Berkley, to names a few.

Emerald has been awarded several government contracts to provide food preparation services since its inception.
