Our guests feel an incredible sandwich starts with incredible bread -- and that we have! We bake it fresh every day by our incredible bakers. So we believe our sandwiches surpass anyone's. We hand slice our breads to order. At the end of each day we pack our unsold muffins, scones, cookies, mini muffins & breads to donate to St. Vincent de Paul volunteers. They are then distributed around the southeast Detroit area to those who normally couldn't visit our Bakery Caf
