Royal Indian Cuisine is a one-stop restaurant for authentic Indian cuisine. Dishes are inspired by traditional recipes from both the north and south sides of India, as well as Indo-China options. The restaurant is located on Rochester Road, in the heart of Troy’s central business and shopping districts, and offers a lunchtime buffet, served daily from 11:30am - 2:30pm week days, and until 3pm on the weekends. Most meals range in price from $6 to $16.

Appetizers include vegetable samosas, mixed vegetable pakora, chilli pakora, vegetable spring rolls and chicken tikka, among others. Cream of tomato, vegetable corn soup and hot and sour soup are popular.

Indian Chinese dishes include prawn papper, salt shrimp and baby corn pepper salt. Tandoori specialties include rice and naan, reshmi kababs and tandooro bread.

Also on tap are vegetarian dishes, seafood specialties, poultry options, lamb, several sides and a collection of desserts.
