Troy Deli offers a variety of dishes that supercede the typical offerings of a deli. The deli’s dinner menu has many surprising offerings, including mostaccioli with meat sauce, meat ravioli with meat sauce, meat or vegetable lasagna, home baked garlic rolls with romano cheese boneless breaded chicken breast, Italian sausage, Polish sausage and meatballs.

The deli's sandwiches include hot roast beef, corned beef, smoked turkey, salami, ham, other meat and poultry offerings. Sandwiches can be served with homemade soup and salads. In addition to its deli, Troy Deli also offers special deli trays and cookie trays, as well as catering menus.
