Dakota County's Lebanon Hills Regional Park spans nearly 2,000 acres, part of which are in Apple Valley. Apple Valley residents can find the park on the northeast side of the city, north of McAndrews Road and between Johnny Cake Ridge Road and Pilot Knob Road. It extends north into Eagan. The park contains trails, lakes with fishing and canoing opportunities, campgrounds, picnic spaces and space for many other outdoor activities.
