Rice Paper, the much beloved restaurant run by An Nguyen, has called 50th & France—just behind D'Amico and Sons—home since late 2010. Nguyen has brought her Vietnamese-Thai flavors and serene atmosphere to a larger space at the west corner of the shopping complex. Open for lunch and dinner, the dishes are often steamed and made with a reduced amount of oil and salt as compared to their old country counterparts. Individuals who are gluten or dairy-free can find respite here too, as many entrees fit their restricted diets.
