Since 2001, Café Twenty Eight has been Linden Hills’ neighborhood bistro. We are family owned and committed to sustainable agriculture and we have partnered with local farmers to provide organic, locally grown cuisine. We have partnered with Larry Schultz from Owatonna to bring you organic eggs and chicken, Tim Fischer from Waseca for our pork, and our grass fed steaks come to us from Thousand Hills Cattle Company in Cannon Falls. Jim Cone has been roasting coffee in Linden Hills since the 1970s.
