Carters Cafe, located in the Minnesota Vikings' Olympic Place building, is not named after the legendary Vikings receiver, but you will get a strong sense of football nostalgia eating at this cafe. Just across the street is a full-sized Viking ship on display and upstairs is the team's marketing department. The cafe serves 15 different sandwiches, wraps, and a salad bar. If a particular taste strikes your fancy, you can build your own sandwich.
