We opened El Nuevo Rodeo in 2003 with accolades from some of the Twin Cities' top newspapers, and soon became the "it" place to be for the Latino community in Minnesota. Today, El Nuevo Rodeo's restaurant has elevated its cuisine to redefine expectations for the entire community with our authentic Mexican cooking, gourmet Mexican cuisine, and festive atmosphere.
