Heidi’s kitchen is known as the home of Chef Stewart Woodman, renowned both for his astonishing creativity and the remarkable simplicity of his dishes. Stewart Woodman and his wife Heidi opened Heidi’s Minneapolis in October 2007, which quickly became a jewel of Twin Cities dining, earning local and national accolades. After a devastating fire took their first location in February 2010, the couple is re-imagining their restaurant for their new space in Minneapolis’ Lyn-Lake neighborhood. Stewart is the ringleader of Shefzilla, a food blog, and authored his first cookbook, Shefzilla: Conquering Haute Cuisine at Home, published by Borealis Books in October 2010.
