Heights Liquor is a municipal business owned by the City of Columbia Heights. Liquor profits are used to fund the purchase of Police, Fire and Public Works vehicles and equipment as well as other city expenses. Liquor profits completely fund the local D.A.R.E. program to help ensure that the children learn about the dangers of alcohol and drug abuse.
