The Nicollet Diner is a concept we've dreamed about for the last few years. It was only when finding what we believe is the perfect location our plans started to take form and quickly began to look more achievable. Nestled between both the Minneapolis Uptown and Downtown neighborhoods, in the area commonly referred to as Loring Park or Eat Street, The location is arguably one of the most visible storefronts in the area, and is perfect for this concept.
