Tony and Sarah Nasello worked as hotel officers aboard luxury cruise ships throughout the 1990’s before moving back to her hometown to pursue their dream of opening their own restaurant. They launched Sarello's in December of 2000, with a vision to to bring the renowned food and service of the cruise industry to Fargo-Moorhead. Their culinary point of view is inspired by Tony's Italian heritage: use only the best, freshest ingredients available, keep the preparation simple, be creative with presentation, and always remember for whom you are cooking.
