While dedicated to preparing fresh tortillas, family recipes, and handmade ingredients, there is also an original approach to age-old dishes. Puerco verde quesadilla, a heaping combination of tortillas, carnitas, salsa and cheese, is what Ryan calls "our interpretation of a quesadilla" and certainly looks like a new version of the traditional recipe. The experience goes beyond looks, as the tangy, crispy and rich flavors mix in a way that is both new and familiar.
