Rudy's Redeye Grill is one of Rosemount's premier places to eat. The atmosphere is classy, yet casual and comfortable -- think art on the deep-red walls, leather booths and rich dark woods. That atmosphere lends itself to a special night out and many Rosemount diners order accordingly. The menu features starters, soups and salads, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas and pastas along with beef, chicken, pork and seafood entrees.

Rudy's features a well-stocked, elegant bar and features a daily happy hour from 3 to 6pm. There's live music every Friday and Saturday from 7:30 to 11:30pm, and during Sunday brunch (from 11am to 2pm; the brunch itself begins at 9am). Rudy's offers daily specials, such as all-you-can-eat snow crab on Tuesdays, kids-eat-free on Wednesdays, and tap beer specials on Thursdays. Rudy's also has an extensive takeout menu, and a large outdoor seating area.
