Before moving to our new location, in June of 2001, Joseph's was located at Concord and State Streets on Saint Paul's West Side where we spent nearly 15 years building a loyal following of patrons. We worked hard to build a new establishment that was inviting and comfortable, and believe we have achieved this goal with our new facility.We built our restaurant where our family roots started. The West Side flats brings a diverse group of people and a rich history. It was important to us to continue to serve our guests in this area.
