Kim Cheese is committed to not using ground beef in its offerings of burgers, tacos and burritos. The restaurant uses rib eye marinated in Korean BBQ sauce, heats its tortillas with Italian olive oil and tosses its own pico de gallo, adding a squeeze of lime to it.
