Season's American Cuisine uses local farmers and sustainable seafood whenever possible for its ingredients. Chef/owner Kevin Smith focuses on locally sourced products according to seasonal availability. Decorated in a modern and casual style, the space also conveys a sense of elegance and sophistication.

Starters include elegant soups and salads such as Baked Onion Soup and Southern Fried Chicken Salad. If you're in the mood for a sandwich try the Florida Grouper of Italian Beef or go with the house burger. Lunch entrees include Blue Crab, Lobster and Mushroom Crepes and Grilled Sirloin Meatloaf.
