Mom's Family Cafe was started in Hartville, Missouri in 2005. The cafe is a picture of the "American Dream" at work in the lives of the Vanderstine family. The restaurant is named for Don's mother, Betty, who dreamt of owning her own little cafe just like this betty smithone. Betty went on to heaven in 2004 and this little eatery is a tribute to her life.
