Emmaus Homes is a nonprofit organization that provides residential services to adults who have physical and cognitive disabilities. The St. Charles Campus contains the administrative offices. Residents who live on site have opportunities to participate in the Senior and Adult Services Program, which gives them a range of activities in which they can participate, ranging from Bible study to social time to arts and crafts. Activities planned on weekends are open to community members. 

More than seventy people live on campus and another eighty-five live offsite.
