The Falcon Diner is about as authentic as a diner can be –- at least one not housed in a classic Pullman railway car. Designed to resemble an industrial building that was converted in the 1940s, it's full of the streamlined Art Deco-style details, from light fixtures to leather-upholstered booths, that made the diner an iconic American form. The menu, too, is a classic, from hearty breakfasts to sublime late night dinners of Heartland Pot Roast or our signature Chicken Fried Steak – topped off with a creamy milkshake, of course.
