Frazer Cameron, chef and owner of Frazers restaurant, formerly known as The Traveling Brown Bag, has traveled the US from coast to coast and all over the world experiencing his love for the arts and for fine cuisine. He opened the doors to his restaurant in Benton Park in the winter of 1992, taking what he learned on his explorations and infusing it into the dishes he creates.
