KC Chinese Restaurant serves truly authentic Chao Zhou style Chinese cuisine, specializing in stewed meat, including pork and duck. KC Chinese Restaurant does not serve normal Americanized Chinese food, and customers not familiar with the Chinese language should be prepared to point at the menu.
