Welcome to the Olive Street Smokehouse! Our mission is to use the finest quality meats and produce to make the Olive Street Smokehouse one of the most unique BBQ joints in Saint Louis. We have all the classics and some new creations as well. We use the STL style Pork Ribs and slow smoke them for hours, until they’re perfect. I wanted to take the BBQ sandwich to another level. So we also have a variety of signature sandwiches. From Grandma’s home style potato salad to our in-house beer battered onion rings, we have the perfect accompaniments to our Saint Louis style BBQ. Don’t forget about all our fresh salads as well.
