Richard's Ribs is one of the finest barbecue joints in the St. Louis Metro area. The sauces are tangy and the meat falls off the bone. Owner Richard Hollins has been serving up the best in smokehouse fare for more than 15 years, eight of which have been in this Big Bend Road shop. Most business is take-out but a small dining area can accommodate a sit-down meal.
