We specialize in brewing traditional German lagers, using only the finest barley malt, hops, and yeast from Germany. Our styles include Helles, Marzen, Dunkel, Rauchbier, and Zoigl. All of our beer is brewed and served right on site. The person having a beer next to you at the bar may be one of our brewers.We are best known for our pizza and grinder sandwiches, but our menu also offers a nice variety of selections as well as our chef's nightly specials. Each Sunday we have Bluegrass Brunch starting at 9:30 am with your choice of buffet or ala carte menu and our huge Bloody Mary bar. Live music from the area's top Bluegrass Bands starts at 11 am.
