A group of dedicated Managers and Chefs from Canyon and Sam’s Cafe separated from the large public company and began operating as a small private company. It is a big risk for all of us; however, we believe that’s what the southwest was all about. From the beginning, our mission at Canyon Cafe has been to skillfully prepare and creatively present food & beverages influenced by the American Southwest. We feel we can now do this much better. So, whether you’re enjoying Hand-Shaken Margaritas, our Chef’s signature creations, or foods you know with a unique Southwest twist.
