The Gallatin River Lodge was built in 1998 and opened to the public in 1999. The founder and owner, Steve Gamble, worked with Kane Architecture and Robert Naert Construction to construct a classic western Inn that enhances a spectacular location just west of Bozeman, Montana. The site includes a beautiful trout pond and is a short walk from the world renowned Gallatin River. In 2005, the Patio Dining Room was completed as shown in the photo below. In early 2011, Steve began planning a new building, the Trout Cabin, which will further meet the requests and needs of additional guests. Completion in April 2012 will be an exciting time for the Lodge staff and our guests!
