Pomodoros is a labor of love for Tommy Tsiros. His father is an immigrant from Greece, born in the village ofNostimo (delicious in Greek). Tommy got his first education working in his father's restaurants and when an opportunity arose, Tommy purchased a downtown deli and operated it for ten years.
