Traditional kabuki theater incorporates the arts of singing and dancing, and Kabuki's dramatic Japanese steakhouse cooking show echoes its namesake with singing knives and dancing flames. In one of four dining rooms, chefs flamboyantly chop, flip and saute bite size bits of everything from sesame chicken to rib-eye steak to scallops and lobster, all preceded by Japanese style onion soup, ginger-dressed salad and flambeed hibachi shrimp, and accompanied by fried rice and mixed vegetables. For a quieter but equally entertaining show, pull up a seat at the largest sushi bar in the Triangle.
