Trio employs over 60 people to accomplish its mission to serve quality food with friendly service in a beautiful environment. Teamwork and cooperation are emphasized in all areas. Managers serve as role models and it is the rule rather than the exception to see managers pitching in whenever needed in the kitchen, at the bar, and in the dining areas to be sure that customers receive prompt friendly service.
