General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport BOS is the major airport serving Boston, Massachusetts and New England area. It processes just under 30 million passengers a year making it the 19th busiest airport in the United States and 12th in terms of international passengers. It initially opened in 1923 as an airbase for the Army Air Corps and Massachusetts Air Guard and eventually became General Edward Lawrence Logan Airport in 1943.

Logan International Airport serves as a hub for several regional airlines and for JetBlue Airlines.  Over 30 airlines fly to and from BOS Airport daily servicing hundreds of domestic and international locations.  Logan International Airport is located in East Boston, Massachusetts right off the Massachusetts Turnpike with a variety of parking options including short-term, long-term, hybrid, covered and economy lots. Boston Logan International Airport map consists of four terminals. Traveling between terminals involves either taking the walkways or the shuttle bus system.  Each terminal has several amenities to dine, shop and other services.

Getting to and from Logan International Airport couldn’t be easier, it can happen by land and by sea. Passengers can travel by land by shuttles, buses, the MBTA train, limousine, taxi and rental car. The water option is to travel on a water taxi with complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport terminals.
