BEST Italian in Piedmont Triad Cafe Pasta is one awesome restaurant. The Italian dishes are sublime, and the seafood and steaks are wonderful too! My husband loves the Bouillabaisse and the grilled salmon, and I'm crazy for the lasagna and tortellini Alfredo.
